TPOP Affiliate Program

Terms and conditions of the TPOP affiliate program

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the TPOP Affiliate Program. By registering for this program, you agree to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease all participation in the program.

1. Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must :

  • Be a natural or legal person legally capable of invoicing.
  • Have an active website, platform or social network that complies with current legislation.
  • Do not promote illegal, hateful, pornographic or defamatory content.

2. Program registration

Your application will be reviewed by TPOP, which reserves the right to refuse or accept any application at its sole discretion, without having to justify its decision.

3. Using affiliate links

As an affiliate, you will receive a personalized link to promote our services. You must use this link appropriately, in particular by :

  • Do not modify the link or associated follow-ups.
  • Do not engage in false or misleading advertising.
  • Do not share the link in unauthorized areas (spam forums, unsolicited email, etc.).
  • No links on coupon sites
  • Do not include 'Tpop' or misleading variations in the domain name

4. Commissions and payment

  • Commission rate: You will receive a commission based on a percentage of sales made via your affiliate links. The exact amount will be indicated when you sign up, or updated in the dedicated section of our help center.
  • The commission is validated once the customer coming through your link has activated a paid subscription and this has been active for one month and 1 day. Subscriptions cancelled within this period will not be validated.
  • Payment : Payments will be made once the minimum balance of 100 - EUR has been reached. Payments will be made via PayPal (please consult the payment conditions of the payment network).
  • Return and refund policy: If a subscription is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your winnings.
  • Fraud: Any attempt to defraud, manipulate links or make false purchases will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and cancellation of unpaid commissions.

5. Affiliates' obligations

You are responsible for the content of your sites and channels where you promote TPOP. This includes:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations (e.g. RGPD).
  • The absence of illegal, offensive or infringing content.
  • Regular updating of your sites and content to ensure they meet TPOP's quality standards.
  • Use of the TPOP logo: the TPOP logo may not be modified or altered in any way.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable intellectual property and other laws relating to your site. You must obtain express permission to use someone else's copyrighted material, whether written, pictorial or any other copyrighted work. We will not be liable (and you will be solely liable) if you use someone else's copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or the rights of any third party.

6. Advertising and promotion

As an affiliate, you must promote TPOP in an ethical and responsible manner:

  • No spam: Sending unsolicited messages by email or on other platforms is strictly forbidden.
  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate information about TPOP's products and services, without exaggerating the benefits or misleading users.

7. Intellectual property

TPOP grants you a limited license to use its trademarks, logos and other branding elements in connection with the promotion. However, these elements remain the exclusive property of TPOP, and any misuse will result in the termination of your participation in the program.

8. Privacy

All information you receive as part of this program, including sales performance and statistics, is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

9. Duration and termination

This contract commences on the date of your registration and remains in force until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us in writing. TPOP reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time, with or without notice, in the event of non-compliance with the conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.

10. Limitation of liability

TPOP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your participation in the affiliate program, including loss of commissions or business opportunities.

11. Program changes

TPOP reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. You will be informed of any changes by email or via your affiliate dashboard. Your continued participation in the program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
