What you can expect as a back-end engineer at TPOP

As part of the Service Support team, you will work closely with all customers and users, as well as with all TPOP departments.

In this capacity, your tasks are :

  • Chat and email support for users on all services offered by TPOP
  • Qualifying applications for transfer to level 2 with the development team
  • Drafting procedures on recurrent assistance issues
  • Support from the trainers during start-ups at the client's premises,
  • Analysis and monthly reporting of requests and alerts to management.

Profile required

You have significant experience in a software customer support department.

You have excellent written communication skills in French and English (native or bilingual)

Calm, structured and a team player, you have good writing skills and excellent customer relations.
