4.4 - Choosing the right social networks for your store

- Facebook: Based on text-based content (statuses, links to blog posts, etc.), it's a great way to connect with customers. Extremely large audience, very practical for gaining visibility. The most represented age group is 25-34: if you're targeting younger people, we advise you to turn back.

- Instagram: A social network with a deeply visual DNA, perfect if you want to tell your brand's story through photos and videos. Audience on average younger than Facebook, sensitive to trends and social causes.

- X / Twitter: The short, punchy and not very visual format of Twitter publications makes this tool unsuitable for the promotional aspect of a marketing campaign. However, it can be very useful if you want to provide technical support to your customers!

- Pinterest: Like Instagram, Pinterest is a visual social network; it stands out for the more educational and inspirational aspect of its content. If you want to market on Pinterest, market smart: integrate your products within tutorials, how-tos, inspiration collages,...
